Traffic Operations

Greater Manchester Police are conducting proactive traffic operations across Wardleworth, Milkstone and Deeplish. Officers are working on roads including Halifax Road, Entwisle Road, Tweedale Street, Drake Street and New Barn Lane to tackle speeding, illegal number plates, no insurance, no MOT, defective lights, dangerous tyres, mobile phone use and antisocial driving. 

Vehicles found in breach may be seized and drivers reported, fined or taken to court.

These operations will continue to improve road safety and reduce crime in the area.
